About the Owner

Jenny Oliphint spent 20 years in the trenches of the dance industry so you don’t have to stay there. As a former studio owner and director, she knows exactly the burden on studio owners. She founded Avail to bridge that gap. Based in North Carolina, Jenny now serves as an Executive Strategic Partner. She founded Avail Assistants to provide more than just admin support—she provides the professional infrastructure and strategic leadership that allow studio owners to exit the inbox and get back to the studio floor.
