Jenny is the founder and CEO of Avail Virtual Assistants, a company offering comprehensive support designed to empower dance studios. With over 20 years of experience teaching dance, Jenny brings a deep understanding of the industry. She has also been a studio owner, providing her with firsthand knowledge of the challenges and rewards of running a dance business. Further enhancing her expertise, Jenny spent five years as a studio director in Texas. Returning home to North Carolina to raise her family, she has spent the past 3 years dedicated to supporting the dance industry as an executive virtual assistant, demonstrating her commitment to helping studios thrive.
